Once all of the data has been gathered through the field site visit and has been provided by the company records, field operators, and others, if needed, we will build an operational scheme that best matches the data supplied. This scheme will include a plan for setting all of the setpoints to maximize the SWD capability to inject the required amount of fluid using the least amount of power while maximizing equipment longevity.

Recommended changes may include any or a combination of the following:

  • Installation of a Power Meter or Monitoring device to accurately provide
    energy cost
  • Resetting the run scheme for the HPS system
  • Programming changes
  • Tank level control changes
  • Response time changes
  • Revising the PLC to a better control version if necessary
  • Resizing the pump stage design type or count
  • Installation of a VFD (variable speed drive)
