Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably electrical submersible pumps
• Familiar with ESP system design and monitoring
• Basic knowledge of variable speed drives
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills: ability to give presentations and trainings

Responsibilities

• Design ESP systems based on customer requirements.  Work with Sales team to enhance customer relationship and service.
• Monitor ESP system performance, identify problems and recommend operation changes proactively
• Provide performance reports to customers and sales team detailing system performance and optimization recommendations
• Perform basic ESP presentations and trainings for customers and employees
