Mr. Bose is a member of the Extract Production Services management team and is an Area Manager focused in the Permian Basin. He provides support to his team of field representatives dispersed throughout the region to provide Extract ESP products at competitive prices and delivers them timely and safely in keeping with Extract’s commitment to ‘Relentless Responsiveness’ every day. He is also Extract’s ‘boots-on-the-ground’ market intelligence in a region that represents about 40% of the US land market. As a native of west Texas, he has deep ties to the drilling and production communities and understands not only the culture but also the application design challenges in the full lifecycle of ESP business from application engineering to service and installation, to monitoring, troubleshooting and dismantle, inspect and failure analysis (DIFA) or root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
For more than 15 years in the oil and energy industry, Mr. Bose’s managed successful, growth in the sales territories under his management through building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships with clients. He brings extensive experience with both the oil and gas industry’s supermajors down to small independents and everything from lateral horizontal unconventionals, to co2, water flood and conventional recovery methods.
Mr. Bose understands that enabling producers/operators to focus on increasing oil production from their unconventional and conventional well assets at a lower cost demonstrates Extract’s commitment to their success and is a key differentiator that sets us apart from other ESP manufacturers and service providers. He knows the real secret to building and keeping lasting professional relationships with customers is earned by showing up and then being a reliable and ‘Relentlessly Responsive’ business partner. Mr. Bose believes that taking care of his accounts, having a depth product and applications engineering knowledge helps him solve customer’s problems and recommend ESP application designs.
Prior to joining Extract Production Services, he held leadership, sales management, account management, design and application roles in the Permian Basin for Halliburton (Summit ESP), GE Oil & Gas (Wood Group ESP) and Baker Hughes (Centrilift).
