Jeff Whitehead

In his role as Plant Manager and Supply Chain for HQ Operations, Mr. Whitehead is responsible for processes related to the production of Extract’s products. He strives to continually improve Extract’s manufacturing processes in accordance with organizational goals and objectives as a member of the Extract Production Services Management Team.

Mr. Whitehead demonstrates leadership in manufacturing and takes seriously his responsibility for all aspects of the plant’s management to ensure alignment between sales and manufacturing. He is a masterful negotiator and knows the key to Extract’s successful fulfillment of our customer’s product orders and timely delivery is much more than demand and supply. Mr. Whitehead is passionate about what we do at Extract and knows there’s a direct correlation between how he ‘relentlessly manages’ the sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) process and Extract’s ability to reliably deliver artificial lift (ESP) equipment. He is often performing liaison activities between areas of manufacturing, production or distribution for the purpose of ensuring efficient and timely scheduling of materials and commitments.

Mr. Whitehead has been in manufacturing and supply chain for over 11 years. Prior to coming to Extract to expertly manage our supply chain-related functions of procurement and material management, he was doing that for Apergy ESP Systems, Dover Artificial Lift and while at Baker Hughes he was a member of the Engineering team overseeing the manufacture of ESP products.
